The Opus Bookshelf, designed by Italy-based Rimadesio, is a modular shelving system comprised of squares and rectangles. Constructed with white aluminum, the shelves can be fitted with lacquered glass with a choice of 40 colors. There is a 76X38 unit as well as a more horizontal unit at 114X38.

The company has a strong focus on simplistic aesthetics. In fact, the joints are built straight into the frame making the hinges completely invisible. The alternation of empty and full space define Opus with an abstract yet geometrical accuracy.
